I see it all the time, people being very careless about logging out from public computers. Please make sure to do so!

Thank you for sharing this. Computer Science/Mathematics double major at UW
here, and this is super helpful for my proofwriting class and I’m sure it
will tie in with my Mathematical Principles of Computing course, too. The
math jargon is way less evil than physics!
damn !! That guy looks just like Julian Assange !
The professor is cofounder of Akamai, a leader in CDN
hahahahahahah
Very well taught class. My useless professor is like 80 years old and talks
to himself most of the time. I wish my discrete math class could be like
this.
they should make a table of contents for each of the topics so we don’t
need to watch the entire thing for one topic
can you consider making subtitles for all the lecture videos? many people
watching them are not English native. i can hear and understand more than
85% of the lectures, but some times i think i miss the important part!
Hi everybody
discussing the nature of truth as a function of authority and not
mentioning the absolute reflexive property of solipsism is hazardous. these
students are well prepared to accept positions in society if their idea of
veracity is indefinate! not so much to challenge and redact its
shortcomings. satyam eva jayate. A = A.. your sensory impressions are your
sensory impressions. there is no greater certainty than this.
I think that’s not an axiom, wouldn’t it be a proposition?
thank you!! it helps a lot!!!
Im such a NERD. This is what I do over spring break.
does someone know where to find the solutions to the problem sets?
Good for you man ^_^. Celebrate it. I’m in a week long vacation too and I’m
watching this.
In mathematics, you could know the truth if a total from an equation is
right by rearranging formula ☻
the best
I admit, I expected a bit more… lively students at MIT…
Bad tachera for m
hey have been first mulled into passivity by having the nature of truth
presented by an authority.
Doesn’t the axiom that “no axiom can be sufficiently proved” destroy
itself, logically? Stating that it is provable that nothing can be proved
is like saying, “One thing, at least, can be proved.” In which case it
would imply that there is a species of axioms that CAN be proven…
I think it’s amazing we have this… who would think we would we watching
lectures from top-notch universities for free in Youtube? Keep uploading
videos!
thanks from Brazil dudes… great lecture
Thanks from India for nice lecture … New things learned : About Gregory
Perelman and Axioms could be contradictory as well.
“I don’t see why not!”… new favorite phrase..
