I believe that was part of the default 3D charting options in Microsoft
Excel. I think I used Excel 2003 to do that and that means the newer
versions probably have much cooler charting options than that.

Wrong genius. Any computer will start to run abnormally slow if your HD is
almost totally full. All you did was clear up space so your computer can
better utilize the paging file. If you filled up a 2TB drive then you are
probably keeping your data and your media files all on the same drive. You
should put your media files on a separate drive than the drive that has
your OS and data.
