From there Jesse launched his career as a technology consultant where he had the opportunity to help small and medium-sized business owners integrate new technologies to advance their business capabilities. During that time he also helped lead the expansion of a small e-commerce solutions company, recruiting, hiring, training and developing their sales force and leading sales teams to record breaking performance.

“My entire life has been committed to consulting, mentoring and leading. People have always felt comfortable coming to me with their challenges and goals and helping them is something for which I’ve developed a true passion. I’m at a point in my career now that I can do what I love – coach,” Jesse said.
